This is what happened at Erede Rossi Silvio, today one of the largest companies active in aquaculture since 1947, the year in which the founder Rossi Silvio created the first farm in Marche region.

QUALITY AND CERTIFICATIONS

Pristine waters of torrents and rivers of the Valnerina in Marche and Umbria, pure waters of alpine springs in the provinces of Udine, Bergamo and Brescia: this is the natural habitat in which trout of Rossi group develops and lives. The quality of the farmed fish depends on the quality of the environment and only in truly clear waters the result of responsible breeding can the trout breathe and swim as in nature.

His commitment is demonstrated above all in the search for modern and technologically advanced structures such as, for example, his two slaughterhouses, equipped with the CEE mark, innovative in the equipment of the different evisceration departments, threading, freezing tunnel, smoking and ATM packaging.
